Kevin Mirallas will miss the game against Reading this Saturday. Picking up an apparent hamstring injury against Sunderland, the Belgium International winger should be back in action for the next game. Steven Naismith will play instead of Mirallas. Naismith is not as good a dribbler as Mirallas, and doesn't pressure the opposition as much, but is a great poacher, moving into open space for shots and crosses. If he passes like he did to Fellaini at Fullham, he will be a great asset.
So, Everton's attack has taken a hit for this game, but Naismith is a solid defensive player, and will likely cause headaches for Reading by popping up whenever least expected and wanted.
